- Sorry your highness, l was just so hungry- We all are, but in this dry season we cant afford to loose any of the Zebra right now, if we are to survive in the long run. Beside this one was a young healthy stallion, if you go for Zebra in this season you go for the elder and weak.
Nala spotting a young female killed a young zebra, and since its middle of the dry season the prideland cant afford to hunt for them.
This is just a short story i came up with. nothing is making sense regarding the real world of lions and preys. But going with the TLG theme where verything in the prideland is respected. Even the royals cant just hunt whatever they need or whenever.
