How do I know Fure and I RP too much (aka, at least 5 hours a day) ??? By creating a character 2 months ago and wihtout talking about it with Fure she creates one too and its both half fairies xDD LOL When we told each other about our new NPCs we were both like 'W-What?! But I'm making a half fairy already!!' xD And since Fure finished her Cay's app today I guessed it was time to get at least one of the 3 pending NPC apps done... (Will hopefuly finish Haizea by the end of the week and Meallán... well.... somewhen in february I guess...) But since I RP those guys since December already I guess it was time for an app for real @v@; So here you go!

Important!!! Slathe -always- hides his face to not be recognized, thus, I will only send a picture of his true face to those who Rped with me and managed to make him take off his hood. *hee* Seriously though, if you want to RP PLEASE note me OTL Been ages since I had a real note RP >3<)/

-Atmokinesis: Weathermanipulation to some extend... Not very strong but he can make it rain if it is cloudy already anyway or strengthen or weaken an already existing storm,... For some spells or skills (especially more effective or stronger ones) he needs special potions which require him to travel long distances between the continents to get all indigrends.
-Aerokinesis: The ability to manipulate and create wind. Slathe uses this technique mainly for fast escaping or traveling by creating airpillows beneath his feet, making it look as if he is floating a little above the ground.

Personality:
Mysterious and silent, Slathe shows up just when not being expected and disappearing just as suddenly again. He often gives those in need clues on how to continue their quests or adventures, or helping those surpressed by others before literally being gone with the wind once more...

History:
Little is known about the hooded man at all... what is certain though is that he is affiliated with Caelius in some way.

Ala – Fairy mix

Ale are demonic wind beings living on Jral Island and thus belonging to Caelius actually, despite their demonic nature... They don't feed of blood or souls, thus being accepted by the caelian law. Their kind is known for being afraid of eagles or eagle like beings, so they also have a grand distaste for gryphons (and Procne)... The arean Ale are also known for liking to devour children... but seriously, trying that would have caused the caelian tribe to be killed off in an instant when being locked away in the sun with Caelius... Still, it causes them to have a weird distaste for children, trying to avoid them.

-Fairy Abilities: As half fairy -which is VERY embarassing to him- Slathe actually obsesses the ability to shrink himself to fairy size to hide from dangers or communicate with animals... Not that they listen to his orders at all, but at least he can always ask for directions with his failing sense of orientation...

Personality:
In all truth, Slathe is actually a very good spirited and fun loving person... He enjoys having an air of mystery around himself, watching others trying to desperately catch a glimpse on his face... He wants to be the kind of mysterious guy that shows up out of nowhere and disappears again without leaving traces that help the main hero in stories and books often... but in all truth it really is only for fun and he often breaks out in laughattacks when being out of earshot of those he just bugged...
He has an overall friendly and honest nature but partly because of the way he always hides his identity, he has a hard time approaching others.

History:
As child, Slathe truly was -unbearable-... He was your typical spoiled arrogant brat since his mother made everyone believe his father had been half lightelf, hence the difference in appearance from the other children of the Ale-tribe and his weakened wind abilities... Yet it made the boy rather arrogant: Their type were demons and even though they weren't discriminated most of the time, the clan themselves still felt bad for their original heritage. Slathe however was half 'lightelf', thus having everyone's respect at first... however the arrogance soon made the other children hate him, not wanting to play with him any longer or mocking his weak wind abilities... Slathe, pouty as he was, wanted to prove them how much better than them he was, trying to call upon the natural abilities of lightelves: Light magic... That went completely wrong though... instead of activating the powers of lightelves, he called upon the abilities of his true heritage: Fairies.
The boy shrinked into his fairy form, wings and all... so from that day on, the luxurious and respected lifestyle was over... He had caused too many to dislike him with his behavior and thus they were rather unforgiving in making him feel how little their opinion of him a was... In all reality no one would have mocked him probably though if -he- hadn't acted so high-born and better than everyone else in the first place. It was something that changed Slathe's life forever though. He ususally hid himself from the other children, making sure no one saw him, training his wind abilities to be able to run away from the others quickly or to steal sweets. Within less than a year the boy grew from the tribe's spoiled prince to its underground thief, causing nothing but havoc.

No one knows exactly what happened, but Slathe lost his fairy wings during that time... His forearms and back are covered in scars and thus he never takes off his gloves or shows his back... It was the beginning of him hiding his body and soon enough his identity.

A few years before the Great Eclipse, a couple of angelic children disappeared from Jral without any trace. The panic began to grow and soon, when no hints could be found of what had happened to them, rage started reigning the angels' mind, attacking the Ale tribe in belief they had devoured their children. Many died that day on both sides... Slathe only survived by turning into his small form and hiding from the battles... soon though soldiers of Helia interfered, protecting the Ale...

In that moment Slathe realized something about Caelius... It didn't matter to the followers of Helia if someone was angel or demon... as long as they followed the laws and didn't hurt anyone, Caelius would accept and recognize their existance, even protecting them. An ideal the boy deeply admired and decided to devote himself entirely to... It ultimately led to the youth Slathe leaving his tribe behind and going to Ziaray to live in the closer surroundings... until the war started... As soon as Ares was freed, he offered his services to the goddess of light, now using his special talents as rogue for Caelius to steal information, maps or artifacts from the enemy.

-Magic Cloak: An old relict of his clan. As long as it isn't entirely removed off his body (taken off his shoulders) the magic of the cloak will prevent his face from being recognized even if the hood is removed, so in case it gets ripped off his head in battle, Slathe's face still remains hidden, however removing the cloak entirely will break the spell.

Random Facts:
In his freetime, Slathe always hangs around in forests since it is where he feels the safest...
Can't swim to save his life... With his wind magic he is able to move on silent waters. If he stands still or the waves are too strong (actually throwing a bigger rock in front of his feet is enough) and he will sink like a stone, unable to get out anymore.
He can sometimes be seen humming or singing in a clearing.
Never -eeeeever- takes off his cloak while being around others... Only those he trusts the most he might eventually show his face voluntarely to.
That's not ears, it's horns that poke up below his cape. It is a typical treat of the Ale kind.
He has no interst in things like friendship or love... Letting others close is dangerous, especially in his kind of job.
He is lefthanded, thus he is wielding his saber with left and his dagger with right hand.
