Description
This is a scene from Enchantable's Bleach story on fanfiction called "Silent Force". I highly recommend it!A
and a 
to Enchantable for writing intelligent stories with plots and keeping the reader glued to the page!And a thanks for my friend Chaos Dragon for pointing me in her direction!
This is done all in colored pencil with no touching up in paintshop. The thing I had the hardest problem with was deciding what category to put this (or any of my art) in. Sometimes I just go 'eenie, meenie".. well you get the idea.

I'm really impressed with the poses. Drawing two people together in close quarters while making it look proportional and natural is difficult, and you pulled it off really well.

Actually, I read and reread the manga all the time as I like it better than the anime. I also use the manga for drawing references so tend to 'camp out' in it quite a bit. I have never cared for the 12th's captain. Wish they would fire him and hire Urahara back on. *sigh* I know, it's probably a pipe dream.
As for Nemu, I suppose, that technically she was created out of a gigai and has some of his blood, but would not really be considered a 'daughter' in the traditional sense.
I do watch the anime; but not over and over as I consider animes of the manga to be more watered down versions.

Yeah, I am 'famous' in my family for coming up with new words or mixing words such as: "I'll go out and cart the star!" (start the car) I could never be a public speaker, I make too many verbal mistakes and glitches. Ah well.

you do that too? i mix my words all the time. i have an actual excuse. sort of car accident, minor brain damage affecting short and long term memory as well as the way my brain processes things. i refer to it as being verbally dyslexic when i mix my words. and sometimes i have to list a half dozen words that seem to have no link between them before arriving at the word i want. i'll go somehow from gorilla to pump (as in gas) to garage, which will be the word i want. it's so embarrassing sometimes. lol
but yeah, writing another bleach. the first of 6, now, volumes. was supposed to be 5, but somehow it became 6 over the weekend as i realized i hadn't really sussed out the background for it. oh, poor ishida. the ignominy of being killed just to turn into a shinigami. but that won't be in the first volume.

And I do make these verbal trips in front of people who don't know me, and that's when I get embarrassed. People who know me will just chuckle when I have a slip.

The secret? Unlike you I can't draw to save my life. So instead of doodling in class, I write. If I could draw I imagine updates would be much slower.
