this here is Inferni, a fan made character for CrazyTaziy's comic, Tides of Darkness, or ToD for short, a fantastic comic

Backstory: Inferni was born to parents of fire and wind, when she got older, her father wanted to move to Warfang city, not only to find a job to pay for his family, but so his daughter can be with other children, since in her old home there weren't many kids her age, so with constant debating between her parents, her father would care for Inferni, while also passing half of the yearly earnings to her mother. To this day, Inferni lives in Warfang city with her father, as well as her paternal grandmother, and visits her mother whenever she can.
