Interesting...
I think the combo of the olive/red/cream plaid with the puffy white sleeves makes it look a bit dutch yodeler, though.
Im not sure if you've heard of "its a small world after all" but Im getting that sort of dutch child vibe again. I think if this had been sleeveless it would look a bit chicer - the silhouette is great - but then again since this IS a costume design I suppose the over-the-topness should be expected and embraced.
Its a bit busy as well...I mean I love your belts and your hairpieces and your neck-cover-mabobs, but adding them all together just makes it too much. If anything I think the neck thing should go, simply because covering an actresses face - the main portrayer of emotion - is not the best idea.
Overall its the silhouette that I love...however its a bit too busy.
