Here we are with the first installment of the Limboverse cast! If you can't recall, I recently announced that Hystericat and I had joined together to create a brand new Next Gen universe, and now I'm happy to introduce the eldest member of our characters, Apollo!

Titled Apollo Solaris Invictus, Apollo is revered as the Golden Prince of Equestria- loved by his subjects and admired by all. As the son of Princess Celestia and one of Equestria's most legendary heroes, Flash Magnus, the young prince finds himself under a lot of pressure to live up to his family legacy. Apollo works hard to maintain a regal image, tending to his duties the best he can and with the charm necessary to keep the public happy. He's exceptional at diplomacy, and is a born warrior, being quite skilled with the bow, much to the pride and joy of both his parents. While Apollo genuinely does enjoy being prince and cares deeply about Equestria, he sometimes finds, however, that his responsibility and duties are suffocating, and would rather run away from it all than having to be the perfect prince he's made himself out to be. He has a deep passion for music and art, and sometimes wishes he could pursue those instead of having to be crown prince and training to become captain of the royal guard, both responsibilities expected by Celestia and Flash. It's fear from his parents that Apollo doesn't give in to his wants, however- he'd never want to disappoint them, or Equestria. So, Apollo keeps his feelings to himself and smiles and waves, just like everyone wants him to. He's happy to do it for the most part, and relishes public attention often, but he still craves to pursue his other interests. Apollo is a generally kind, noble, and caring stallion, with endless charisma and a cheerful personality that makes him very popular among the public. Those who know him well, like his family and close friends, know, however, that Apollo is actually quite the goofball with a quick wit and playful disposition. He's also very slow in temper, being graced with patience, but can also be very stubborn and even arrogant at times.

Apollo is part of the main cast for Limboverse, and plays an important role throughout the entirety of the story. The relationships he has with the other members, most importantly his younger cousin, Odin, is something Hystericat and I have both enjoyed going over. I hope you all like him!
