I really like the detail that you put into this piece, showing the detail of the guy. One of my favorite parts of the portrait is the detail in the hair. I really like that part. I also like the necklace, though I can't tell what it is. It sort of looks like a cheetah's mouth, but I could be just using my imagination. The expression on the face also looks great.
There are a few things that could be improved. The butt can be a little rounder. It feels like a sharp change in slope from the legs to the back. Another thing that could be improved is some of the shading in the legs, in particular where the left leg meets the floor. I feel it can be a little darker there since you would have less light. I also feel like the nose could be a little smaller in proportion to the rest of the face.
I gave three stars for originality since the pose feels commonly used to me. Granted, I like the pose, but it doesn't feel original to me.
Overall, not too bad. It looks like a good start, and I'm looking forward to seeing more from you.

i dont think i will add more shadow to his leg because te light is hidding him from the side. His butt is pressed flat by the weight of is body so you will get a little bit of an angle (dont forget that humans are soft) thats also the reason why there is allmost no shadow at the underside of his leg. and the little bit of shadow that could be there will disapear because the floor reflects a lot of light.

I noticed that the butt was rounded a little. Maybe I missed it when I sent the original critique. I see your point with the shadowing of the legs. However, there will be shadow there no matter how reflective the floor is. Very little, but it still exists.
