BB = Beyond Birthday
He is another Wammy kid, that was a bit evil. He dresses and imitates L, but he murders people. He makes his appearance in the novel "Another note: the LA BB murder cases", in the story, he is the case that they speak about that Naomi did with L, and some speculate that he is the kid in the anime (episode R2)
