Decided to draw another spooky mermaid character for Mermay like the one I did two years ago

- this time for one that's based on a deep sea dragonfish. 
I had fun doing a spooky mermaid last time, and I had fun decided on using a deep sea dragonfish and putting in the details here.
As for a name, let's call her Chuy - an alteration on chew.
