Remember when I said I would slow down on posting these things?
Yeah... sorry about that. Spamming you with more of my Avatar the Last Airbender OC, Ju. I made her more lighter-skinned and emphasized her short stature since I thought it fit her more. And I tried to color and draw her in the style used in the actual show.

Personality:
Timid and clumsy describe Ju very well. Though she has good intentions, her foolishness and child-like fantasies often blind her into steering away from right choices. Like most people, she appears quiet at first but is willing to be more approachable to those prepared to pry open her shell.

Story
Born and raised in Omashu, Ju grew up in a relatively peaceful environment. She lived in a household with Auntie as well as her older cousins, Benjiro and Ryota. During the seize of Omashu, the family attempted to flee. Unfortunately, Ryota and Auntie were left behind prisoner to the Fire Kingdom.

Like most of the Omashu refugees, Ju and Benjiro sought help in Ba Sing Se. Being minors, they were sent under the care of Minori, a carefree baker and pastry artist who resided in the Middle Ring of the city.

Life with Minori was much less demanding than it had been in Omashu. Their new caretaker often urged Ju (who at the time was no more than an amateur at bending) to practice her skills so that someday she'll be able to take up a more respectable job as a Royal Guard at the palace. Ju insisted that she'll eventually return to Omashu and had no intention at staying in Ba Sing Se for longer than she had to, but agreed to take bending lessons with Master Katsuo, a young ill-tempered local Earthbending teacher in the opposite side of the Middle Ring. Assisting Master Katsuo was his mysterious serving man, Joben. Originally, Ju never gave much thought to Joben. He was simply a shy servant trying to make a living. But in many stories, the most unsuspecting and unexpected people end up playing big roles...
