Description And it's finished! My very first Disney fanart. Usually I don't do much fanart, but I feel like Oliver and Company is so under-appreciated.

The inspiration form this comes from me recently watching the twentieth anniversary edition of this movie...and feeling very old. In my mind I think: this is my childhood--that couldn't have been twenty years ago, could it? Oh..wait it has been that long -_-


So here's to one of my favorite Disney movies ever made--Oliver and Company. A grown up Oliver visiting Dodger. Enjoy.

Nice art, dude! I've been on a hype for this movie lately, I've seen this several times while searching, but haven't thought to say anything. I love the colours, and Oliver looks very smug. X3

Nice sequel idea, if they did that in the late 90s i would have loved to hear Billy Crudup as Oliver and Bruce Campbell as Dodger.

I saw this underrated flick in theaters in it's old release when i was 7 4 times and had the merchandise including the soundtrack. It was a shame it was never released on video the next year as i was disappointed then it took 7 years to get to video as it finally did when it got re-issued in theaters, i did saw the re-issue when i was 14, enjoyed it and got the CD soundtrack to replace my cassette one and got it on video when it was about time it did.

I did replaced my tape with 2002's DVD and still enjoy the film for nostalgia.

One of my top 12 disney films ever and brings back such magical memories of growing up as a kid in the 80s and early 90s.

I've watched the movie like a thousand times but dont ever get tired of it~ This made me cry a bit because it really captured my childhood again Dodger is so cool xD

When I was little I would ALWAYS borrow this and 101 Dalmations from the elderly couple next door. They had tons of movies that I could chose from but I never even bothered looking because I was so hooked on those two lol

Yeah I wanted to go beyond the original story and try to think of what could happen next. Perhaps I'll do another piece in the future showing what I believe would happen with the other characters @.@

I'm glad you could see this happening ^^ I tried to whip of the original design as quickly as I could after watching the movie so the feel of it all was still fresh~I supposed that worked pretty well--I'm very glad you like it 8D

This was one of my favorites too... until my sister over watched it... (she's 8 years younger than I am by the way and this came out when I was 3-4). So adorably cute. It really is. Very well done shadows and shades. The placement of Oliver's elbows is a bit lower than they should actually be, but other than that, it's tear-jerkingly cute. *favs*

I has so many issues trying to draw an older Oliver..I should've referenced a full grown Disney cat..but I'm lazy.

Biggest change I made was making them both have four...toes? Let's say toes. in the original character designs they only had three, but that would've bothered me too much O-o Thank you for the fav! ^^

This lighting...was a major pain lol. But so worth it.

Yeah I wish Disney would've stuck with the idea of making more movies involving no romance or princesses...not that I dislike movies like that, but they just seem to make so very few of them--makes this one such an oddity. I think that's one of the reasons I love it so much--it's like an underdog :]
