like it, the fade out effect should be faster IMO because if you click links fast it lags behind. FYI, when you want to talk about creating an entirety of something, it's spelled "whole" . A "Hole" is what's in the center of a donut

Hey, since I can't write a critique I'll try to do so in a comment. I hope you'll appreciate that.
One thing that bothers me here is filesize - 1.6 MB . There's nothing here that could make it that high, except tons of rasterized graphics.
Take a look at :thumb169795562: - it's only 300 KB - almost everything is made out of vectors.
Flames are nice, yet when you see flash, you basically expect some movement - they could simply be glowing or something.
Fonts - I know you wanted them to look fancy and cool - that's fine - really, but no matter what you have to make them easly readable. Try putting a 1px shadow behind them at 125 degrees (45 degrees in Flash) - you'll notice huge difference.
Navigation - try navigate really fast - before your text-replace animation finishes - you'll notice that it's a little buggy. When I didn't know ActionScript that much as I do now, I used to make animations fast enough to minimize that effect, so most people wouldn't notice that. Try it
Pre-loader - why completely zero text and white background? Try adding some info to let someone know that he's on the right page - and after loader reaches 100% it launches an animation to fade from white to your website - it's really easy - and most people would consider this as an intro.
I am aware that it may look like me being a jerk and picking on everything to just jerk around - but I am convienced that it'll give you a lot more than hearing "Yeah, it's great" etc.
Anyway, keep it up, as your work is good, and can be better if you train your skills
Greets.
