"Cassiopeia took a deep breath, focusing the gazing energy in her metallic wings to ignite, as she curled into her position.She felt the space twist in a blending light of blue hues and seven white circles appear around her. When her wings where ready to crack out of the energy, she let go...
The space rift exploded in a bright light and the circles burst into pieces causing a loud screech as they did.
As fast as the bright light appeared, it started to twist into a spiral and vanished. Nothing seemed to have disturbed the place as Cassiopeia appeared excausted 17 dimensions away from where she had left a few seconds ago."

They are there for 'setting her time' in the next dimension.Ha, I found a way to make the bllue dye on her bangs and other parts becoming useful c|<

Darn, that has got to be the most shiniest possible way of teleporting I've seen in my life, ever. XD Talk about massive long-distance teleportation, 
(On the other hand, you've made Secare's teleporting look drab and dull... 
You don't know HOW MUCH I LOVE CLOCKS!!
By the way, you did this much shiny effects, swirling energies and put several awesome clocks around her just to cover-up her hands, right? XD

I'd forgotten that you'd asked for a critique on this when I'd first saw this work of yours
There is this one problem I'd saw in this piece of yours, and that would be the darker outline of some parts of her long tail. Now, if Cassiopeia was covered in bright light, those outlines would've had almost the same amount of light over-lapping it like how her bangs and legs are (less darker like the rest of her outline, in other words). On the other hand, the part of her tail that had been shaded next to her head is quite unnecessary, since she's emitting light, and her tail would've been illuminated as well. On her right (left side of the picture in our case), the shading on her tail is on the opposite of where it should be. (Somehow that reminds me of a game I currently play, where the flag in one part of the game was flapping in the direction of the wind. 
Oh well, have fun figuring out what her glowing bangs do other than causing her to be mistaken for a Space Firefly. XD (My suggestion would be for her to draw the energy around her towards her to re-fill her stamina.
I guess that's it, since I don't want to mention the hands any more (and you had given me a tip on how to draw hands hours ago XD).
Never mind, we love to hide our mistakes with our best results.

My main focus when editing it was to make the bands, tail wings and the normal wings to glow in a stunning light xD So I kinda forgot about the rest. Considering the other parts like her fur isn't supposed to glow when using the energy to teleport I kinda jumped over the part of lighten up the outlines, I still think though as you say that it would look better if they where a little illuminated.

XD Oh never-mind, you've just got carried away by the enormous amount of fun you'd had when you were doing the shineh effects, no harm done 'jumping' over some details like the shading. It still looks awesome, at least. 
Go ahead and have it. I have a couple of ideas in my head but have never found a use for them, yet. c;
