I don't know why but Superman actually looks better in suits. I think it might just be the more modern idea of be a hero without the spandex costumes. Anyway, great work.

Hmm, I've been flipping between the three for a while and my personal favourite is this first one. To me it is the most colourful and easiest to look at and absorb, still compared to the other two it is also the most plain one. The middle one is a lot more aggressive and I like the extra highlights, but then I find that because it is so dark it gets more difficult to see the details, etc. So my impression is that it is interesting and invites for a closer look, but looking closer doesn't feel relaxed. The third one is again easier to look at than the second one, and the cyan hue is interesting in that it makes the image look a bit older. It is interesting to see variations like this. Superman joins the bad guys

You know one thing I've always wondered about Superman is that if he wears a white shirt around the office, wouldn't the blue spandex be somewhat visible through it?

Lookin good man!
Though I recon because you only used one colour for the jacket you should have made it a brighter more saturated colour so it stood out more.
[link] here is a good example. I coldent belive how well this piece turned out with the plane white hair!
Maybe its something to play around with.

Maybe a bit more redness in the skin and brighter high lights and your doin well
