Seriously, how do you do it?! 
Do you take these shots while going, for example, from work to home or do you go out specifically to take pictures?

Some photos I take while going from my apartment to work and back, some things I see from the train window and after work, or on the weekends will go back to later to check out. I've also gotten into the habit of going on walks on the weekends, for exercise and to take photos. I don't usually go out with any idea or specific location in mind, so if I get photos, then great, but if I don't, then I'm ok with that too.

I love the lines in this. The composition that you chose for it is spot-on perfect, placing that splash of orange directly in one of the 4 prime subjective spots. A great example of minimalism at its best.
