I rather like this page too. I got to do quite a few "acting" panels in this little comic, and those are some of my favorite things do do~ You know, the smaller things. <:^)

BY THE WAY. Remember this page --> [link] from Ab Hinc? The panel with the gray guy? Yeah, his name is Warren. Warren belongs to my bestest friend ever ~GrimReapette , and she wrote a few chapters about how their friendship came to be (because she's cool like that). READ THEM~ They're short and wonderful, and she writes dear Tempus just beautifully.
Curiosity Rivers. Lakes. Swamps. A land full of rolling hills. Another land full of smog and smoke. An endless desert that was more expansive than the sea. Humans, those were familiar. Different creatures too. Some had scales on their caramel skin, black or brown hair, bright eyes that shone like gemstones, funny feet that belonged on lizards. Others had the eyes of cats, thick hair, and they had wings too—but those they could hide somehow. There were creatures with black skin and metallic hair, eyes that glowed as if they were their own lights. The smell of blood and war lingered in the air. A land marred by wounds that had only recen This River Is Wild Buzz, buzz, THWAK.

My morning starts as it always does: dragonflies chasing mosquitoes into the corner between my window and the roof, devouring them there as the mosquitoes found no escape routes.  I'm not sure if I'll ever get used to it.  I'm not sure if I'll ever get used to the humidity either.  Every day I question whether rebelling was really worth it.  Allen and Greg say it is, so does Trisha.  But I look at some of our faces and always have to wonder…

SMACK.

Sounds like that dragonfly got a particularly large mosquito.  Side note: only the female mosquitoes bite and A Traveler "So if you aren't a LifeWeaver," my soaked friend asked as genially as possible, "then what are you?"

"A traveler.  And what are you?"  I asked in return.

That made him pause and he looked back at me, curling tail around his legs.

"…What sort of traveler are you?"

He did not trust me in the slightest, did he?  Just from his body language I could tell he was wary.  When people were worried and distrustful they did one of two things: tried to get bigger and more imposing, or tried to shrink and look non-aggressive.  He was of the former school, where he stood very straight and glared in
(I've been meaning to plug this for forever, but kept forgetting to. I blame school--it's sucking out my brains.)
