oh well I don't really know him cause I don't watch Naruto so I can't compare to the original
try to add more shading on the hair to make it more "volumized"

The way the hair flows is cool. It's very simple and stylized, but also I can see the physics of it.

the only thing i would suggest in this drawing is giving it a darker gradient background to match his all black outerwear with his hair and gloves but overall still a great fan art drawing , keep up the amazing drawing
