Description
After learning that he only had months to live, Dr. Otto Octavius (aka. Dr. Octopus) hatched a plan to switch minds with his long time enemy, Spider-Man. When his body began to fail, he placed himself into a harness with eight mechanical arms and linked his mind to an army of Octobots.
