Well the "without dying" part is difficult.
A soul tastes different depending on its main attribute. Bravery soul are spicy for example, while Kindness souls are sweet.

Yeah. For me Justice is just a fancy word for revrenge. So Its not really surprising

In this interpretation of this univers, Justice souls are those that everyone deserve the just consequences for their actions. Good ones and bad ones. In opposition to kindness souls who would forgive anything. So in a way yes, revenge is included yes.
