This is one of your best shots. Love the lighting.While I prefer light to the front, the highlights to her golden hair is great.Im a fan of more natural poses than staged portraits if you know what I mean.i would crop the persons arm out of the background if you can, but you have to be careful not to cramp the main focus of the photo, the girl .Know what I mean?
