Yeah it was just the very top of the mountain that had light hitting it.
I was driving home that evening and the mountain had some awesome light and shadow combinations on it from the sun and clouds. Unfortunately, by the time I got home, grabbed my camera and ran over to the park next to where I live, the effects were all gone and I was left with this.
Although I must say I am rather happy with how this photo turned out!!

Yeah, Montana has some pretty awesome sunsets, especially when we have forest fires. I have to say though, that of all the places I've been, I think India has the most spectacular sunsets I've seen!
