At first I thought it was a snake inside the house
I like it that it's slanted because it gives that feeling that the house is about to fall on the ground.

I like the rain effect and the asymmetrical composition. It definitely doesn't look like a photomanipulation - like ~obtusellama said, it looks more like a painting. There's something almost macabre and brooding about that house, the way it's tilted off to the left. I especially like the cat eyes peering out from the bottom, and the tornado-looking things coming out from random spots in the walls. The stars at the top and the fog at the bottom balance it out compositionally, as well as adding interest.
The only thing I don't like is the text at the bottom. I like the border, but the words are unnecessary to explain the image; and since they're white, the eye is instinctively drawn towards them. Quite distracting.
