He's kinda a tricky character to draw. (well, for me at least. xP)
Well, his cane's hook looks kinda like a question mark. So just think of one when you draw it.
For his mask, it's mainly thick around his eyes, there's some dark under his eyes and on top of them it's think too. If you don't get me, I think you should use some references. xP
