My family is Christian so we celebrate a traditional Christmas with all the fanfare that goes along with it. I usually have festive spirit in abundance but too many things have gone wrong this year and I lost the fuzzy feeling.
So I drew a portrait of my baby Silver to see if it would get me in the swing of things. Every year when I take out the Christmas decorations my cats get silly! (also, I spend a lot of time making them presents ...they are my kids after all.)

The black is Faber-Castell, Albrecht Durer black 8200-199. It's honestly the best black I've used so far. It has a very matte finish.
I found this Youtube video by He works with the Albrecht Durer pencils from Faber-castell. You can see the black in action

It was about 4 or 5 days and back then I drew about 12hours a day
