Hmm. I don't know if I've accurately captured this person's character properly. The horse is a 'water-elemental', but she also is a self-confessed bitch...I'm not feeling any bitchiness eminating from this photo. Might have to redo it...ANYWHO, I still think it's a purty picture nonetheless, but I'd be biased XD Tell me what ya'll think

I think the person liked it, but it didn't really suit her character so she changed it a month and a half later.

... just wondering; how did you get it all bubbly?

I made the bubbles in Photoshop with the brushes that came with the program. I simply made my paintbrush white, took a brush that looked bubbly-ish, and then painted the texture where-ever I thought bubbles would show up. I also took a eraser to my 'bubbles' (which looked more like white static at this point, lol), set it to a lower opacity and clicked around to give it depth and texture. I simply clicked around until I was happy then 
So that's how I made bubbles

Nah, I take the burn tool and then (using my mouse) put shadows where I think they should go. It's much easier than it sounds - much less complicated too
Do you have Photoshop? If so, what version?

Aw, I miss the 7.0 version T_T It made me happy. But now I have version 5.0, and it's great and all, but everything I had learned on 7.0 was REALLY hard to find again. But it was fun hunting through the newer version because there's a couple tricks I learned during my 'exploration', lol.
