Bahaha, that's what his orignal designer was going for, it was the only thing they could think of for 'electric dragon' so-
He was made and I adopted him prior to the no 'pokemon based on real things' rule so I wouldn't condone his babies looking like him, though. I would be happy to breed sometime though! ovo/

I can understand that, the typing is perfect for a Night Fury.
It's a pity, there were already a few nice Pokemon based on existing designs (for example Catbug), but Joltiks are great nonetheless ^-^
