Description
Okay... I was going to colour this, but having somehow managed to spend an entire day trying different things and failing miserably, I have reached the stage where:a) I'm convinced I suck, and
b) I hate this picture
So, here you go. I hope someone will take it and do something worthwhile with it, because I sure as hell couldn't.
I feel like I need to start working on my colouring a lot more, but this hasn't been the most helpful start!

I think it's the boring old cliche... practice makes perfect :/
I don't know if there's any specific tips I can give aside from that, really. Just stick at it, I guess, and instead of thinking "I wish...", go for the slightly more upbeat "I will... one day"

If i want to do the line art on computer, any tips with what settings it should have?
I dont have scanner :/

It depends a lot on what you like the feel of. I've never got the hang of Photoshop, and I don't do lines that often with Opencanvas these days... with Painter I just use the round tipped pen thingies, since they seem simple and sensible. I don't think there's really much of a secret to it XD

Stop complaining you --- there's not anything really wrong with it, perspective is hard to pull off and you've done it well, but the neck looks like it might be wrong... I'm not sure, it looks abit - stiff?
And If I was wearing that skirt-thing she's got on, it would annoy the hell out of me dragging on the floor like that. XD
