First of all, we need to find a working DeLorean, then we need to find a safe way to the ME universe. After that we have to find a way to blend in (since humans are already part of the community that should be fairly easy), get to Tuchunka (without dying horribly by Reapers or the krogan), find Mordin (if he's there already), snatch him up after he releases the genophage cure and get him back to help Shepard.
