First of all, very good piece of art. Great colouring and shading but this teen must be extremely flexible because (judging from the shoulders) she is at a very weird angle.
(This might just be me) but the shoulders do look like they are different lengths but this could be the position of the neck. Don’t take my ‘critique’ to harshly, I’m not a great artist and deep apologies as I am s*** at writing constructive comments.

I'd like to start off by saying the colouring, and- more specifically the shading- in this looks amazing. the lighting is consistent, and the texture given in the hair is really well done. The detail done to the shape of the plants are also really well worked on, and I have nothing to say to help improve that. I also have nothing to say about the background, as I personally think it goes fairly well with the main focus. One thing I would suggest working on, however, is the body shape. Just looking at the shoulders, it looks like her right shoulder (From her perspective) is wider than her left one, so trying to make sure the body is symmetrical in shape is always a good idea (What I normally do is to draw a guide line as to where her spine would be, and do it again as to the front of her body, if that makes sense) Another small, very picky problem I see, is that the side of her neck just seems a bit blurry compared to the rest of her. My last criticism would be that the neck hole seems a bit too small. It's a good idea to remember that the hole has to fit the head through. Granted it depends on the material of the shirt so it's really not a big issue. Overall, it is a great piece, with some amazing work on the shading in particular, but could use a touch up on the anatomy.
