I think this one deserved the x-amount of hours, very nice composition! You could ad some more detail to the wings, though, you know, like the subtle leaf-like veins

Wow, this is really pretty! The only thing I could say that sort of looks a bit off to me is that her legs seem a little too far apart right underneath the dress for where her butt should be, judging by the rest of her figure. Maybe that's just me though.
