Description EDIT AGAIN:

realigned the login button
fixed a little pixel issue



Took out the huge tribal mark because it just look like it didnt fit.
Updated the graphics
Added the DA v7 logo
Added a menu bar
Added to more text layers (forgot password? and Network Settings)
Made the close and minimize buttons look better

This is what i would like to have for Deviantart. A Instant Messaging client. That way we dont have to make a chat room and wait for a comment knowing if we will get a response quick or tomorrow.

I would love to code this once i learn when i go back to school.

Firstly, I love this. The idea, the layout, the colours. Everything about it, I love. It really is fantastic. I think that the fact that I've never seen this idea before really helps the impact of this deviation. It makes it more BOOM! out there, you know?

I particularly like how you have put the "forgot password" and "network settings" on opposite sides of the page, and not just underneath the log-in button, like most IM programs out there. It really creates a nice balance to the way that everything is central on the page.

The colours are really interesting. I like how you chose to use the darker shade of dA green for the main colour, as opposed to the lighter green shade that dA uses. It makes the dAim look like it's almost it's own product, even though it obviously wouldn't be.

Overall, I think that this is a FANTASTIC idea, and I'd really love to see something like this happen at some point. It would really help dA, and would help with the cluttering of conversations on devaitions. I hate how the dA statistics say that one of my deviations is the most commented on, even though it was just me and a friend talking; and a dAim would help get rid of little things like that.
