. . .It's amazing what happens when you take an old picture (originally drawn October '07), add some pen to the lines, scan it, and totally purposefully make it as kick ass as possible.

Plus it's even more amazing when, once you're done with that part, you design a background with no clear image in your mind, and end up with something utterly cosmic.

Roughly 16 hours total, 9 layers, 2 devoted to the background.

All the layers separated, kind of like a tutorial.

I put ground beef in your baby's crib. And then a wild baby lion. And then a baby antelope. And then some sticky stuff on the back of stamps.
