Additional Comments: This time we have a snord... or a swake? Sword snake. This one's based on a scimitar and the long-nosed whip snake (Ahaetulla nasuta).

EDIT(06/20/19): Changed name as Zascin was too similar in pronunciation to Zacian, the new Pokemon Sword mascot.

Either way, I don't mind the name change; in fact, the new name sounds very cool (even if it's very hard to pronounce, rofl).

Also, I believe Zacian is pronounced “ZAH-shee-an,” similar to their Japanese name Zashian. It was in the June trailer that revealed the légendaires.

I love the lore detail with the jaws, really sells the sword concept.

it's because the swords the Aladdin guards held were probably scimitars or whichever happens to be their cultural variant of a sword, if it isn't a scimitar. And this Fakemon is based off of that kind of sword specifically.
