That's so beautiful, the lighting and shadows on the wolves look amazing, and there's a great atmosphere to it.

Thanks ^^ I liked doing the highlights.
And, random question, what are they gonna do with the epic picture displayed in marchpast? @_@

I have no idea..I was in school half an hour ago and I found the pieces in 5A. I arranged it so that I could take a picture but then I found out that Mudder Nature's head was missing.
I guess the marchpast captain took it back home. (I heard that she wishes to keep it during one of the painting sessions)

Thanks a bunch~ <3
I like pointy rocks for some reason. They are easy and reasonably effective. I wish I could do backgrounds like, with all those old ancient architecture which is AWESOME for dragon drawings. VampirePrincess007 is epic at doing these.

WHY OH WHY IS THERE NO DECENT PEN TOOL!?

And tutorials! x3
I can't figure out the outlining tool. You make a line, and exit out the pen tool, and the line is one pixel thick. I'd use paint if i wanted that! And there's no "Width" box.. I sort of abandoned Adobe photoshop when my laptop's hardrive went poof. xD

when you make the line with the pen tool you gotta right click then select 'stroke path', do the setting you desire, then vuala~

If you are keen to continue doing things like this, perhaps you can play around with Terragen [link]
It takes some time to get a very nice effect, but you can combine Terragen and your own drawings to give it a more... 'realistic' feel.
That being said, I do love the atmospherics in this. Simple and clean, and not 'hazy'.
