Ok this my Old Arttrade with of his OC Idracil the white dragons he wanted him flying over mountains and have a sunset so i drew it i hope you like it and i'm sorry it took so long
TIME TOOK:
to draw: 2hrs.
to ink: 1hr.
to color: 2hrs.
altogether: 5hrs.

I really love the colors you used for the sky. great job showing muscle work on the back of the drsgon, thart is very important and you did it well! Also, very interesitng background and I appreciate you using someyellowi to show lighting effect ^___^
Suggestions: Make sure to grb a light color and color over the sky to make it 'msooth' so that it doesn't appear grainy and unclean to us. Also,it would be nice to see the green of the ress inthe background, not just the grey. Anyway great job,. and hope to see more of your work!

thanx for your kind words i'm just alittle confused on what you mean by the background looking Grainy and unclean.... how would i make it smoother??? and why green in the background ??? for at sunset if you are looking at a sunset other things seem purpleish dark color??

Ah, forgive me for being unclear. ok, so if you glance at your image the sky seems a bit grainy. It does not look unlcean, but if you're not careful a grain sky could start to look unclean. if you take a very light unobtrusive color like white or light peach for instance and color on top of those colors, it doesn't affect the tone and hues of colors as much but it forces them to smooth out under that top coat, that way the image appears a lot smoother and we won't see so mkuch white from colored pencils.
And yes you are right, I;m sorry I thin i misinterpreted, I thougt there were trees in the background byt he river and so that's where green came in.

hhmmm i see well my next sunset picture i will try another tact on it ^^ thanx and ya they are trees but they are behind the mountains the sun is setting behind so like i said hardly any color ^^ but thanx for the kind words ^^
