Do I really need to explain this one? I guess I do.Tis Shigeru and Satoshi (Gary and Ash) in Eevee forms. Why is Satoshi black? The same reason Shigeru is brown.
I have doodled the other anime characters as Eevees but I never got around to coloring them. This was oekaki and the first one I did I believe.
Believe it or not, this one was dream-inspired. Heh.
Eevee = Iibui (it's more or less pronounced the same way tho)
