it's really lovely aaron. i love the colors and detail portrayed in the dominant flower with the background flowers just blurred enough but they still pull your eyes up to the top left through the photo. beautiful!

Yup! To me the photo is sad, since all the flowers were at the end of the season. In a way it was like they were lined up for an execution. Hence the title.

Beautiful, Aaron. great composition, DOF is perfect, colours are saturated but not too bright, and the slight lack of lighting actually benefits the entire shot.

Love it.
