Description Yet another installment of Getting close to the end!

This is Snorer carrying Yokov through a forest fire created by a battle between Tiernan and Shok'Artel. He gets Yokov to safety but he ends up with his tail nearly burnt off in the process and Yokov is badly burned as well. They do survive (obviously, since they're in the later stories )

Great job! Even though its a sketch you really captured the sort of claustrophobic smoky feeling with the flames, and their poses are really good.

Also, Not gonna lie, the title made me instantly think of the song "Through the Fire and Flames" by Dragonforce

Thank you! Being a California girl I have way too much experience with what forest fires look like My only complaint is that I think I got their sizes wrong . . . Yokov needs to be smaller and Snorer needs to be bigger

Really well drawn horse- you can almost 'hear' the galloping hooves beneath it's feet.

Thanks! I think I made Snorer a bit too small though or Yokov is too big, there's something off with their size comparison

He is. That and very loyal to Yokov He's gone through a lot of changes over the stories I've written of him (physically and mentally) but the one thing that has never changed is that he is determined to protect Yokov.
