So I fully headcanon that Chalice has nightmares from when the Devil caused her to literally decay and whither away before her own eyes. They don't occur as often when she gets older, but they do still occasionally happen when she's an adult. Luckily, Mugman's always at her side to comfort her when it happens. He's insistent on not going back to sleep until he gets a laugh or smile out of her.aka Mugman's a good and doting husband and I love these two ding dongsΒ
