The awesome villianess from Batman Beyond, Inque! w00t! More tablet practice w00t!Wow, a little late to be making fanart for that show *sigh* I miss that show.
Okay that computer chippy thing is suppose to be the roof of a building, eventually I might add more to the cityscape but for now this is good. Darn I totally forgot what the roofs looked like. Think I over did it on the stars?
