Feleum is a skin-changer, able to transform into a massive cobra. Adding this to his considerable skill as a sorcerer/ hedge-mage, he is a force to be reakoned with. He is the fraternal twin of Shelob, but holds no love for his sister, and while she dens far off near Mordor, he prefers the forests of Mirkwood, Lothlorien, and Fangorn.
Not caring for the rule of Sauron, nor having any great love for Saruman, he instead works against them. He knows that if Sauron rules, he would be little more than a slave. However, similar to Gandalf, Feleum shows up when least expected/ most needed.
Feleum is a dark and cryptic creature, fond of speaking in a roundabout way. Little is known about him, besides.
