Well... random draw made in Paint Tool SAI, first time drawing fire and rain... and I kinda like it.
Charmander has to be one of the best starters in all of Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and wherever the fifth gen. series takes place!!!

So.. this little guy was abandoned in the Veridion Forrest by his trainer after loosing a gym battle. He wandered the trees and bushes aimlessly until he felt a drop of rain fall on his face. He looked up to find the sky had turned to a dark, ominous, cloudy mess. He ran to find cover from the rain so his tail wouldn't go out... but he couldn't find a good spot. His pace slowed until he had collapsed in an opening, where a little girl found him. She kept him safe from the rain for a little while, and went of her way to the next town, leaving the Charmander with a light blue umbrella.
Now, he roams the Forrest in an attempt to find a way out. He still has the old, rusty umbrella the girl gave him.
