These are Potstickers or dumplings....They look absolutely yummy!

These are Potstickers technically but people say ti is dumplings.
Common dumplings are eaten as a stater at first,
these are eaten as lunch or dinner here,
it has a stuffing of mince pork,some vegetables, spices and stock soup, although it can be changed to chicken to mutton.
