Magnificent artwork. It's a shame I'll probably murder her entire family in order to collect a single feather from each of their wings, and turn it in to a questgiver for mediocre items that probably aren't for my class, anyways.

Excellent harpy! The way her hair color and texture merges together with her feathers almost seamlessly symbolizes her hybrid nature.
The way her arms disappear into her wings and the way her legs just pop into those talons underneath her where we can only see a little shows her deviousness and mischievousness, as do her glowing eyes amid black backgrounds that crack her beautiful face from their inner evil.
The painted look on her skin makes it appear very supple indeed. I might almost allow myself to be tempted as one like her.

I myself think the change from normal legs to talons is a bit awkward, but it was tricky with the pose.
