Well can't say that I recall who this lady might be but DAMN she's got some seriously wicked curves going on with her!  Love that you got a great sense of the female figure in her with your own style and nice blend of both some good realistic anatomy and a bit of toon to keep the variety going.

Can see from a bit of the body, the dress and even a bit of the face too she's a bit more of a pretty girl in respects to how well dressed she appears and even the way she gives you that almost smug look about her face.  But I rather like that blending of the body position, perhaps its the arms but the variety of the hands and even the rolling of the eyes gives her a neat spark I cannot describe.

Just as well I do very much adore the ample chest and even the sizeable hips you threw in there too.  Dress or not she's one with a nice figure and not too shabby either with the thick look of her hair and even the frills and folds on the dress.  Lovely job all I can say Dr3Ducky .

And lastly very good show on the toning work for the skin and such.  Your trying out some lighting and shading techniques with the various tones there and keep it up.  I like being able to see the way the legs are rounded out, the way the breasts protrude outwards and even the shading done on the dress to make note of the folds and the way the fabric moves.  Best of all remains the tinier details like the glossy look of the eyes and very admirable work on the earrings with the stone-ish glow they seem to have like the real thing.  Keep adding in effects and working with your digital media Dr3Ducky , your on a roll from what I can see here. *nods*
