Again, similar design to a Nightmaren, but technically not one herself.Β She's one half of the entity known as Illumina, the ruler of Maginaryworld, and featured in Sonic Shuffle on Dreamcast.
My guess is that SEGA likes to pay tribute to NiGHTS through other characters sometimes
