bio in italics, then that character is a an existing villain. If it doesn't, then it's a new
character that I made up.

JAIME REYES also known as BLUE BEETLE!

THE REACH ON DC WIKI

The Negotiator is the shit. Seriously, I love this guy. I changed the design bit up
somewhat, but I think he mostly looks the same. I actually like his arms covered
up rather than if they were bare, sorta gives him a negative Colossus thing goin' on.
I was going to put more blue bulb things on his chest, just like his comics design,
but when I did that, he just looked like Thor.

The Reach minions, Jaime affectionately calls them "eggheads".

Dreamcatcher
Previously Mr. Moonface: Really Mr. Lunar, who left prison and set
in motion a mad scheme for revenge on the judge, prosecutor, and witness
who sent him to prison. Plan involved decoys whom he drove mad with
chemical-laced masks that self-destructed in flames when removed.

She'll make you not want to go to sleep, no matter how tired you are. Once she sets
her eyes on you and enters your dreams and bombards your mind with night terrors
, you won't have a good night's sleep until you're driven mad. No one's
sure what her motivations are, as her victims are seemingly randomly chosen,
but when she targets Jaime's little sister Milagro, it gets personal...

Two obvious chanages: Changed the name from Mr. Moonface to Dreamcatcher,
and changed the character from a male to female. And since I changed the name and
the gender, I was like ah what the hell, I'll give her a power too!

I love the idea of her name totally misrepresenting her purpose in a negative way.
Instead of warding off evil spirits, she brings them in.

Manny "Manikin"
A life-size puppet/mannequin who comes alive through a miscast spell. The first thing
he sees is the video of Blue Beetle fighting a criminal, and decides that he'll just be
like the Blue Beetle.... at any cost.

In the beginning, he's literally a blank slate, no decoration, but the more he fixates,
and the more he sees him in papers and on tv, the more he wants to transform
into the Blue Beetle. The first thing he does is to attempt to look like the Blue Beetle,
and so he paints himself, but grotesquely. He's not the most graceful of beings,
but he is powerful and sturdy. When he fights, he looks like he's inebriated, he's just
that awkward, yet insanely strong. Many people question if he is in his right mind,
or if he has a mind at all.

Prism
Being able to concentrate ordinary light into intense beams can be especially be
helpful, especially if you're trying to rob a bank. It also comes in handy when Blue
Beetle uses his energy blast against him, which end up being concentrated in his Prism
head and then re-directed back at the him 10-100 times more powerful.

This ain't your regular old rainbow raider guys, he's legit! XDD I don't think I've ever
seen a character with a prism for a head, so I was like... why not? He's totally got a crush
on Dreamcatcher.

The Look
Previously The Eye: Disfigured man with yellow skin, who surrounds
himself with disfigured henchmen, uses super-hypnotic powers to induce innocent
people into murderous rages.

Two obvious chanages: I changed the name from the EYE to the LOOK. He is also
now a she. The reason why I did this is because I felt that the eye was almost too
obvious, while the Look was somewhat of a more subtle name. I also like it as it
pertains to this character because it's sort of a play on a girl's atractiveness, like
saying she's got the look... well, in this case, she's got the look to kill. She also
usually keeps her hair in her face so people don't see her massive eye.

When you look into her eye, you might just forget how to breathe...

The Sky Ruler
Caped madman who operated from a massive airplane and dropped cars, like
bombs, onto the streets below. Sought a smokescreen gas formula.

Nothing really changed about this character except that he's now a girl, and instead
of dropping cars exclusively, it's pretty much anything that she can get her hands on.

She also sounds like Young!Ellie from Pixar's UP, which is a plus in my book!

Mentor
Powerful robot programmed with the mind of Dr. Jeremiah Clugg, a misanthropic
college science teacher also a skilled hypnotist.

Nothing changed about this one. I made his body a little more athletic, and I'm imagining
this guy to be extremely agile, as he were able to parkour. He also has that added bonus
of being a hypnotist, a skill which he uses with disastrous results. Of course, he has to
keep looking at you in order to be hypnotized, otherwise, you'll shake yourself out of it
after a couple of seconds.

I just started school, so updates will probably be sporadic at best. ^^
