Little gift/request for a friend of mine outside DeviantART, Peeta and Katniss from The Hunger Games.

I have read the books and seen the movie, and I know these clothes are incorrect, but DEAL WITH IT. I wanted them this way so THAR.
The BG took me an hour DX.... using reference pictures to get them rocks lookin... rocky (and I still dont like it)
Used a brush for the hanging moss and painted the water myself~
