Description Yes, I have now given the most hated Character in Thomas history the Rule 63 treatment.

Unlike Charlie, Charlotte (or Charley) isn't annoying and works much harder and doesn't try to be funny, she is naturally funny and still looks for fun, but not Sharon Miller Style, she's more fun in a realistic way.Β 

I also wanted to make Charlie more likeable, so I thought I'd bend his gender. Girls are much more better at being fun than boys XD
