We look at a lot of the freedoms we think that we don't have or are being infringed upon, and never pause to consider that someone else has it much, much worse. I know you're upset. I'm upset, as well, that dA won't let you post everything because I love your art and I'm fond of your way of thinking. Still, I don't have to get up, wondering if the local regime will kill me for having ideas of my own. If I desired to, I could go to any church or religious group I wanted to without the fear of official persecution. Serving my country is not mandatory - though I have served it out of choice (which, by the way, is why I feel confident enough to post this - I've fought for human rights, overseas and at home.)
Consider this: There has never been a point in American history (and most of the rest of the world's recorded history, for that matter) where there has been absolutely no censorship. Art, simply put, comes with it. Now, I'm sure that, by now, you may have accepted censorship as an inevitable part of your career, Adam - knowing what to show to whom is how you earn your living. I'm posting this for those who might not understand this.
The freedom of speech in America is claused by the idea that, if that speech is harmful to a particular audience, your abusing your freedom. That is the writ of the law. Now... exactly ~whom~ decides what speech is harmful - that's politics. Get involved. Be aware.
On a last note, with freedom also comes the freedom of the people that own dA to do whatever they want with it. If you disagree, perhaps you should stop paying dues and buy stock, or boycott dA, or even start your own company that does the same thing - only you'd be in control, not the censors.
There is nothing offesive about my logic, so if I get censored for this, I'm gonna be a little mad.

Doom...I love your work, but I do have to say this...
Anywhere a piece of shit family from Kansas that start a cult can come to one of my brothers funerals and hold up signs saying "God Hates Gays", "Thank God for another dead gay" and the like is a freedom I feel should be stripped from them.
I joined this gun club because I thought I loved my country, I was prideful of it, and I know now the America I thought I lived in was a dream.
I will tell you what I don't fight for though, I don't fight for rich people to become richer, I don't fight for peoples right to burn my flag on my soil, I don't fight for the Majority to be treated like less than Equal just because others feel oppressed, and I don't fight for everyone not to be hurt by something someone else does or says.
I fight for Freedom from Oppression (and these people were so bad off most will never understand), I fight for Freedom of Speech as long as the speaker is not Oppressing someone, and I fight for Eauality. Sex, Ethnicity, Religious Pref., Sexual Pref. We are ALL EQUAL. I hate that people are fighting for more more more! I hate it with every fiber of my being. Enough is enough!
...I have so much to say...I just shouldnt do it here...I am sorry for the rant, but I am here where I am doing a very shitty job, and...I think all being a Marine these past 7 years has shown me is how much people hate...I see no color, sex, religion...I just see Hate...if y'all need so baddly to fight for something do me a favor, stop fighting for freedoms you already have, stop oppressing others rights by fighting for ones for yourselves, and turn to someone that you wouldnt look at twice, smile at them and maybe even pretend you like this country your ancestors felt was good enough to risk their lives for their familys to have a better start.

That's why you use a sharp suture needle or even a hypodermic needle (and then put the thread through before pulling it out) instead of the really dull ones that tear rather than cleanly pierce.
